I left the bedside because of an undeniable desire to do more, be more, learn more as a Nurse. I was fortunate enough to identify my gift and passion as an Educator early on in my career. Therefore, I intentionally sought out opportunities that would allow me to do what I love and work in my purpose every day.
That is what you call ALIGNMENT!
I’m not perfect, but I am the realest Educator I know who merges mindset, leadership, and nursing altogether to enhance the profession of Nursing.
